Galib Bhayani

Galib has 19 years of policing experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Delta Police Department located in British Columbia, Canada. He has worked in areas of uniform policing, airport policing, major crimes, organized crime, drug section and auto theft units.

He has served with the UN in Sudan as a security chief as well as trained police officers in democratic policing, rule of law and human rights in Turkey, Kenya, Sudan, Malawi and Zambia.

He is currently responsible for an integrated investigative unit with the RCMP and is a faculty member with the Kwantlen Polytechnic University teaching for the Criminology faculty.

Galib holds a Bachelors degree in criminology, a Masters in international diplomacy and is currently working on his doctorate in police accountability.
